Shipping Times

All items are made by hand, for you. After you place your order, my partnered print studios located around the globe will sew, print, package, and ship your order. Usually, this process takes about one week, but can take up to 15 days. If you haven’t received any shipping confirmation after 15 business days, please reach out to me at midnightmonstersociety@gmail.com with your order number. I’ll check up on your items and get everything taken care of for you.

Why was my order partially shipped?

If you ordered items beyond clothing, such as shoes, or stickers they will get fulfilled either by my other partnered print shop, or by us personally. This means that some items may ship separately or from different locations. I apologize for any confusion!

Is it too late to change my order?

Please double check your address and size before you place your order. Since each item is made by hand, for you, it can be difficult to make changes after order. Usually, if you contact me within 24 hours of placing your order, with your order number, at midnightmonstersociety@gmail.com. I can get it updated for you in time. 

Shipping/Delivery

Once an order is shipped out, it is no longer in our hands, meaning we have no power as to what happens to the package. A tracking number is sent by email with delivery updates for all orders.

If there is a problem with your delivery or tracking updates, please contact the carrier or your local post office.

If mail is lost or stolen, it is not in our hands.

Please read over your shipping information before ordering to make sure you get your package with no errors or return mail.
