Refund policy

Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, we are always happy to replace it for you. Please provide photos of your issue within 30 day of receiving your package (as confirmed through tracking number).
  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or doesn't fit as expected. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Sneakers (OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. ONLY): if you did not read the product description stating that ALL SNEAKER SIZES ARE IN U.S. and order a pair thinking that they are UK or EU sizes, you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund due to return shipping costs back to the U.S.
  • If you have questions about sizing please email us at midnightmonstersociety@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to help you if you are unsure about any sizing conversions. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Midnight Monster Society is a one person, independent operation. I live in a small home with my wife and unfortunately, do not have the space or money to buy bulk and stock products in advance. Each product you order is made for you. Because I don’t keep a ton of stock, I am not able pay for return shipping unless your order arrives with mistakes made on my end. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
